Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing, BLS certification, and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred. You should also have one to three years' experience as an ER nurse, possess critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills, and be able to read and comprehend written instructions.
