The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in medical laboratory science, including proficiency in all areas of high complexity clinical lab testing. They will also hold a valid medical technologist license in the state where they will be practicing, as well as current certification as an ASCP Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS). Additionally, they must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of personnel and patients.
