Job Summary:
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with patients in various locations while developing your skills as a Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities:
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for administering physical therapy to patients in accordance with established guidelines. You will also educate patients, other health professionals, and family members regarding Physical Therapy on an ongoing basis. Additionally, you will observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment; document and report findings as appropriate. Follow hospital safety rules and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have a valid PT license in the state where you will be practicing, BLS certification, and at least one year's experience as a Physical Therapist. Strong interpersonal skills, technical/motor skills, mental requirements, and sensory abilities are also essential.
