**Responsibilities:**
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
**Requirements:**
- One to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Valid PT license in the state of practice and BLS certification
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of personnel and present a professional appearance
- Technical/motor skills to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and able to move about when assisting with procedures
