Job Responsibilities
As a registered nurse in our intensive care unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Your duties may include:
* Providing direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
* Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes
* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans of care
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
* Current RN licensure in the state where you will be practicing
* BLS certification
* Critical care nursing experience preferred
