You will be working in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility environment, providing high-quality care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions

Qualifications
- One to three years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred
- Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
- Physical abilities: remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
- PC skills
