**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team on a 13-week contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a valid LPN license in the state where they will be practicing and hold a current BLS certification.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide bedside care to patients and assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
- Collect patient's health information and document nursing history and physical assessment.
- Administer medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice.
- Maintain patient's medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
**Requirements:**
- One to three years' experience as an LPN preferred.
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
