Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a 13-week assignment at a clinic in Pawhuska, OK. As an LPN with Fusion, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your clinical skills while making a difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring adequate stock of supplies.
Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state where you will be practicing.
- BLS certification.
