Requirements
A valid RN license in the state where practicing, BLS certification, and at least one year of experience in long-term care nursing. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Basic computer skills, familiarity with electronic medical records, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
