This is a 13-week Long Term Care/LTC RN travel assignment with a reputable healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care in a long-term care setting, conducting nursing assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Completes nursing assessment of patients on the unit and documents appropriately into patient record
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- One to three years' experience as an RN preferred
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
