Job Description
This 13-week Long Term Care/LTC RN travel assignment offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of others. As a registered nurse in this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Completes nursing assessments of patients on the unit and documents appropriately into patient records.
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes to the interdisciplinary team.
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Nursing diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- One to three years' experience as an RN preferred.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
- PC skills.
