Job Description
We're currently seeking a skilled Long Term Care/LTC RN for a 13-week travel assignment. This opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience in long-term care and develop your skills in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and document patient records accurately
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring adequate stock of supplies and equipment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)
- The ability to lift, move, and maneuver equipment up to 100 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
