Your primary responsibilities as a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will include:
* Providing direct patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
* Participating in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
* Maintaining accurate records and communicating with patients and families
* Contributing to the success of our clients through excellent clinical practice and teamwork
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing
* BLS certification and Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
* One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in step-down or intermediate care settings
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
