Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing, BLS certification, and Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification. One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Step-down or intermediate care setting, is preferred. Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
