Travel LPN Position
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment in [CITY & STATE]. Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care to patients and assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living
- Collect patient's health information and document nursing history and physical assessment
- Administer medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice
- Maintain patient's medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
