We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with experience in case management to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of healthcare professionals, develop your clinical skills, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
* Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members* Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members* Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes* Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation* Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
Requirements
* One to three years experience as a Registered Nurse preferred* Other certifications may be required for this position* Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
