Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-procedure planning and preparation
- Assist with surgical procedures and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- One to three years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Physical stamina to perform duties of a CST
