- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification (RN-BC) preferred.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
