Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment at a medical facility in Catonsville, MD. As a Physical Therapist with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide individualized care to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to ensure effective patient care.
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members to promote optimal outcomes.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications as ordered and document accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
- Transport patients as needed.
Requirements
- One to three years experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
- Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
- PC skills.
- Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
