About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment in Ottawa, KS.
As a travel ICU RN, you will provide critical care to patients in an intensive care setting while on a travel assignment. You will collaborate with medical teams, administer medications, monitor patients' responses, and ensure a clean and well-stocked environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit.
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
Requirements
To be successful as a travel ICU RN, you must have:
- A valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing.
- BLS certification.
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) is preferred.
- Intensive care nursing experience.
