About the Position
This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Long Term Care RN. The ideal candidate will have experience working in long-term care settings and be able to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Completes nursing assessments of patients on the unit and documents appropriately into patient records.
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members.
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
The successful candidate will also possess strong technical skills, including the ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and moving about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment. Sensory - Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate.
