Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team for a 13-week assignment in [CITY & STATE]. As a traveling healthcare provider, you will have the opportunity to work with various clients and experience different healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care to patients and assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living
- Collect patient's health information and document nursing history and physical assessment
- Administer medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice
- Maintain patient's medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Communicate effectively with supervising RN regarding changes in patient condition, vital signs, or status
Requirements
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state where they will be practicing
- BLS certification
- Variety of nursing experience depending on setting
