Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry to join our team on a 13-week contract assignment in Cortez, CO. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry
- Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
