Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report any changes or concerns
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical research and practices
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting
- Valid RN license in the state where practicing
- BLS certification
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) preferred
