This role requires a registered nurse with at least one year of experience in a step-down or intermediate care setting. You will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patients' responses to interventions, and collaborating with other health team members to provide comprehensive care. A Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
* Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
* Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
* Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
Requirements
* Valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing
* BLS certification
* Minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse in a step-down or intermediate care setting
* Strong interpersonal skills, technical/motor skills, and mental requirements to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
