Fusion Medical Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Respiratory Therapy professional to join our team on a 13-week assignment in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical care services to pediatric patients with respiratory conditions.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide respiratory care services, including oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and aerosol therapy
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in pediatrics
- Certifications in pediatric respiratory care, such as RRT-Ped or CRT-PS
- Ability to lift and move patients, and perform other physical demands of the job
