Job Description:
- Provide patient care and coordinate with healthcare teams to monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions.
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
Requirements:
- One to three years experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
- Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
