Travel Physical Therapist (PT) at Fusion Medical Staffing
The Travel Physical Therapist provides essential care to patients while traveling between facilities. This position offers a unique opportunity for qualified Physical Therapists to gain valuable experience and contribute to the well-being of individuals in need.
Job Summary:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer treatment to patients as a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with the treatment plan and within established legal guidelines.
- Educate patients, other health professionals, and family members regarding physical therapy on an ongoing basis.
- Document and report findings as appropriate.
- Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
- Perform technical/motor skills, such as grasping, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and moving equipment (up to 100lbs).
Requirements:
- One to three years' experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
- A valid Physical Therapist license in the state where you will be practicing.
- BLS certification.
