Traveling Physical Therapist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Susanville, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with physical therapy needs.
2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
3. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional care.
5. Remain stationary for extended periods, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, bend, and grasp objects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid PT license in the state where you will be practicing.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
