Responsibilities:- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.

- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
We require one to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist and a valid PT license in the state where you will be practicing. BLS certification is also required.
