Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to provide high-quality patient care
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate records
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a rehabilitation setting
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
