We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our team at a client in San Francisco, CA. As a travel physical therapist, you will work with patients who require rehabilitation services. You will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients with various conditions and injuries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
- Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
