Responsibilities:
* Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
* Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
* Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
* Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
* Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
* Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
* Transport patients as needed
Requirements:
* One to three years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
* Other certifications may be required for this position
* Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
* Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
