About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Speech Therapist to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in speech-language pathology and possess strong interpersonal and technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transports patients as needed
Requirements:
- One to three years experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP license in the state where they will be practicing
- BLS certification
