Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Current OT license and BLS certification.
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
