Travel Speech Language Pathologist Job Description
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a qualified speech language pathologist to fill a 13-week travel assignment in Falmouth, MA. As a travel speech language pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with physicians and other health team members, providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members, monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes, administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation, and maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in speech-language pathology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A certificate of clinical competence in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP) and a valid SLP license in the state where you will be practicing are also required.
