Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week rehabilitation travel assignment. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patients' responses to interventions, and reporting outcomes. You will also share on-call responsibilities and maintain a clean and organized work environment. If required, you will transport patients safely and efficiently. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need one to three years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills are essential. You should be able to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess basic computer skills. Physical abilities include remaining in a stationary position, moving about, and pushing/pulling equipment weighing up to 100 pounds. Varied nursing experience is preferred, and you must have a valid LPN/LVN license in the state where you will be practicing, as well as BLS certification.

- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transport patients as needed
