Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry
Duration: 13 week travel assignment
Location: Client in Akron, OH
We are seeking a qualified Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13 week travel assignment.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience as a Registered Nurse and be proficient in providing patient care in a medical/surgical/telemetry setting.
You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
You will also be required to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and possess strong technical skills, including grasping, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and moving about when assisting with procedures or using department equipment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing
- BLS certification
- Med-surg and telemetry nursing experience (PCCN certification is preferred)
