Job Description
We are seeking skilled nursing professionals to join our team of caregivers. As a licensed practical nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
