Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a 13-week assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Bartow, FL.
The successful candidate will have experience working with patients who require speech-language pathology services and will be able to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other staff members.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
Requirements
- One to three years of experience as an SLP preferred
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP license in the state where they will be practicing
- BLS certification
