Your Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist with Fusion Medical Staffing, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide personalized care to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patients' conditions and developing effective treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.
- Administering medications as ordered by physicians and documenting patient responses.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient transfers.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and their families.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid PT license in the state where you'll be practicing.
- BLS certification and experience working as a Physical Therapist (preferably 1-3 years).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex patient cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
