About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment in Ottawa, KS.
As a travel ICU RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic intensive care setting while on a travel assignment. You will collaborate with medical teams, administer medications, monitor patients' responses, and ensure a clean and well-stocked environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with medical teams.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' responses to treatment and report any changes or concerns to medical teams.
- Ensure a clean and well-stocked environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
To be successful as a travel ICU RN, you must have:
- A valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing.
- BLS certification.
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in an intensive care unit setting.
