We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Cardiovascular Operating Room travel nurse. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to providing top-notch patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to cardiovascular surgery patients, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administer medications, monitor patients' responses, and report outcomes as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and supply management standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Degree: BSN or ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing)
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state where you will be practicing.
- Experience: One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a cardiovascular operating room setting.
- Certifications: BLS certification, Perioperative Nursing Certification (CNOR) is preferred.
