In this role, you will work alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care to patients in a fast-paced emergency room environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members to deliver high-quality results.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to ensure optimal care.
- Administer medications as ordered with accurate documentation.
- Assess and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure to identify potential issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous coverage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adequate supply levels.
- Transport patients safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in emergency room nursing is required.
- A valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing is necessary.
- BLS certification is a must.
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification is preferred.
