Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in Anchorage, AK. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience as a CST and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in pre-procedure planning and preparation
- Assist with surgical procedures and post-operative care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes
Requirements
- One to three years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Physical stamina to perform duties of a CST
