We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment at a hospital in Girard, OH. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Provide medication administration and management as ordered by physicians.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure optimal care outcomes.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a RN, with at least 6 months recent Home Health experience required.
- Current RN License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license and valid auto insurance.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
