We have an immediate opening for a Traveling Registered Nurse - Home Health to join our team in Monticello, AR.
This 13-week assignment offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in home health care and make a difference in patients' lives.
Responsibilities:
Completes nursing assessments of patients and documents appropriately into patient records.
Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members.
Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members.
Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
Requirements:
One year's experience as a Registered Nurse, at least six months recent Home Health experience required.
Current RN License
Current BLS Certification
Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
Must have valid auto insurance
Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
