Key Responsibilities:
- Completes nursing assessments of patients and documents appropriately into patient records.
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
Requirements:
- One year's experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), with at least six months of recent Home Health experience required.
- Current RN license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- A valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- A valid auto insurance policy.
