Responsibilities:
• Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Administers medications as ordered and maintains accurate documentation.
• Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes to the healthcare team.
• Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
• Transports patients as needed and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• One to three years experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing and BLS certification required.
• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills essential.
• Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
• PC skills and physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
