Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in obstetrics to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the obstetrics department
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transport patients as needed
Requirements:
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Labor and delivery nursing experience is necessary
- Valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing
- BLS certification
- Inpatient Obstetric Nursing Certification (RNC-OB) is preferred
